We offer Leadership Training courses and conferences to support the development of leaders, their teams and their organizations as a whole. We also provide personal and professional coaching to grow their leadership skills and assist them with conflict resolution, mediation, change management and people leadership.
LEADERSHIP CONSULTING
Our 35+ years of experience in leading successful organizations has uniquely equipped us to provide sound consultation to leaders and organizations. Through our services, leaders are able to avoid pitfalls that inhibit their growth and experience successful transitions through effective Succession Planning.
MENTORING
Each mentoring engagement is tailor-made to meet the unique needs of each leader thus making the experience practical and fruitful. In the end, leaders who participate in our mentoring program grow personally and professionally and become stronger through the resources that we provide.
About Our Founder
BISHOP WAYNE VERNON
Bishop Vernon graduated from the Jamaica Theological Seminary with a B. A. in Theology and a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Honours) from the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology. Since then, he has served in various pastoral and administrative positions and was ordained as a Bishop in 1996.
During his 30 years in the ministry, Bishop Vernon served in several capacities in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. These include Lead Pastor of several churches; Academic Dean and Lecturer at Bethel Bible College; National Director of Youth and Christian Education; District Overseer; and member of the National Executive Council of the Church of God. He also served in several capacities in Canada.
